How do I return or exchange my phone?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt to obtain a full refund or exchange. If you have used the SIM card, you will still have to pay for the pro-rated line rental amount and any charges outside of your allocated allowance.

Please contact Customer Services and they will advise you on how to process your return or exchange.

Please have the following information ready when you call:

  • Order number
  • Your full name and address

If you change your mind about a SIM Only tariff you may also cancel your contract within the first 14 days. Please contact Customer Services for more information:
