Once you've purchased your iPhone and chosen your tariff, you'll need to finish the activation process using iTunes. Before you activate, if you've got contacts, music or photos on your old mobile that you want to keep, transfer them onto your computer. When you're ready to finish activating iPhone there are 3 simple steps:

1. Go to www.itunes.com on your computer, then download and install the latest iTunes.
2. Connect your iPhone to a USB 2.0 port on your computer (but not on your keyboard) using the cable included in the box. iTunes will open automatically.
3. iTunes will guide you through activating and synching stuff like your contacts and podcasts.
