When you upgrade your handset we'll give you 10% of the value of your top-ups as call time worth up to £200 or up to £100 discount off the price of the handset*.
Unfortunately, we can't upgrade Pay & Go customers online just yet, so please call 2550 free from your O2 mobile to upgrade.
*Based on your top-ups over the last 18 months or since you last upgraded (whichever is sooner). 10% of your top-ups back awarded if you choose the calltime reward and 5% of your top-ups back if you prefer a handset discount. Maximum reward is £200. Terms apply.
