1. UK voice calls

Applies to calls made in the UK to standard UK landlines and all UK network mobiles. UK voice calls inclusive on the unlimited tariff. Excludes calls to special numbers including 0871, 0870, 070, 07744, 07755 and premium rate calls. Calls to 0870 numbers are charged at 20.4p per minute and calls to 070 numbers are charged at 51.1p per minute.

2. Voicemail

Calls to UK voicemail are included in your bundled minutes, then 35p per minute thereafter. Except on the unlimited minute tariffs when UK voicemail is free.

3. Calls to customer services

Calls from a non-O2 mobile phone are charged at your providers' rates.

4. UK text message

Tariffs include unlimited texts. Except for the 50 and 100 minute tariffs which include 250 and 500 texts respectively - Text messages are charged at 12p per message thereafter.

5. International text message

Texts sent from the UK to an international number.

6. UK browsing

UK data usage only. Data used while outside of the UK is not included. Applies if a data bundle Bolt On is not chosen.

7. O2 Directory Enquiries

Calls to 118402 only. Calls to all other 118 numbers are charged at £2.04 a minute
