Refurbished / Reconditioned handsets.
A reconditioned handset is a used handset that has been restored to its original state. The minimum you will receive is a fully functioning handset, battery and a UK mains charger. View our Refurbished handset terms and conditions for further details.

Roaming.
If you use your phone from outside your network's coverage area, e.g. while abroad, that's known as roaming. Depending on where you intend to roam, you may need a tri- or quad band phone.
